Ordering and delivery

  1. From Saved Projects how do I complete a purchase?

    Go back into your project via Continue editing and then you will be able to Add to basket / Add to cart top right

  2. I didn’t complete the checkout and now I can’t find my book

    Go to My Account and Orders and your unpaid order will be there.

  3. How long will it take to get my book?

    Normally non US production takes up to four full working days from the time you place your order. The day you place the order is day zero, unless you order before 9am. US production is currently taking up to 2 weeks due to volumes. Shipping: if you choose next day delivery, the parcel will normally be delivered the next working day after it is ready for dispatch. However, we have noticed that many couriers are not abiding by their stated timings - they say this is due to Covid pressures and increased volumes. We cannot be held accountable for delays due to carriers.

  4. How do I order another copy of my book?

    Go to My Account on the top right of your screen. Click on Orders. Click on Re-order to Checkout

  5. Can I edit a book before re-ordering it?

    Yes.  Click Re-order from Orders in your Account.  On the basket page, click Edit Design to go back into the book editor and make changes, then Save Project or Checkout as normal. 

  6. My book is being rejected and I don’t know why?

    Make sure you haven’t included any emojis. If you haven’t, and you still get an error message, send an email to providing any error messages you can see.
