US production can take up to 2 weeks.
Shipping: if you choose next day delivery, the parcel will normally be delivered the next working day after it is ready for dispatch. However, we have noticed that many couriers are not abiding by their stated timings - they say this is due to Covid pressures and increased volumes. We cannot be held accountable for delays due to carriers.

Cancellation and returns
As the products we sell are personalised, we do not accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know within seven days of receiving the parcel. Please email admin@memory-books.com with clear photos if relevant, as this will help us to find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
